The rich variety of seafood brought daily by the fishermen is best used and the restaurants offer delicious seafood platters, fish prepared in different ways, lobsters, soups or a great tuna filet. At the marketplace one can buy delicious tamales made with chicken, chili sauce and corn served with a hot maize drink. Downtown, strolling along the “adoquinado” the visitor will find several seafood restaurants that offer succulent shrimp soup or fish “a la talla” prepared with a delicious marinade, as well as great seafood platters, the exotic pineapple au gratin stuffed with seafood or shrimp cooked with Mezcal, grilled seafood, green or red soup, eels Bilbaina style, lobster Termidor, or the incomparable fish stuffed with shellfish.
